Trouble Completing Your Payment?
If your payment was declined with a message such as “do_not_honor”, don’t worry. This is a common issue and usually easy to resolve.

Since FirmGuards processes payments through a secure international payment system, your bank may flag the transaction even though it is legitimate.
How to Fix It
In most cases, this can be resolved quickly:
- Contact your bank or card provider
- Inform them that you are making a purchase from FirmGuards
- Ask them to approve or allow the transaction
- Retry your payment
Once approved, your payment should go through without issues.
