If you would like to request the deletion of your FirmGuards customer account, please follow the steps below.

Information To Include
To help us process your request securely and efficiently, please include:
- The email address associated with your FirmGuards account
- “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line
- Your full name and any relevant order information if available
Verification
For your security and protection, we may reply to your email to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 1 to 7 business days.
What Happens Next
Once your request has been processed:
- Your FirmGuards customer account and associated profile information will be removed where applicable
- Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational purposes
