Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email support@firmguards.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if the order has already entered processing or fulfillment.
